Enviromentally Responsible Tip

Do you have tons of old status reports or stacks of paper from meetings? I did. I went through my huge stack of my documents and pulled out any important paperwork that I need to keep. The remaining pile of paper was huge.

We have this handy binding machine here at HM&P – so I created a recycled binder – and will write on the backs of my documents that I don’t need anymore.

This is just one of the many things I have seen done with the scrap paper here in the office: we have one printer that prints only on the clean side of scrap paper, some folks cut scrap paper in four and make small notepads, others use scrap paper for taping receipts on them for expense reports, and parents take scrap paper home for their kids to draw/doodle on,…

Though many of us try hard not too print unless we have to…we still print quite as bit, why not make use of the scraps!!
